Job DescriptionMortgage Completions Officer - LondonAn excellent opportunity is available for a Mortgage Completions Officer to join our client, a leading property finance lender based in London.Our client has traded strongly through the pandemic and continued growth has resulted in the additional headcount within the mortgage completions team.You will be responsible for responsible for processing applications from receipt of a signed mortgage offer to completion. You will work closely with Solicitors and Brokers to ensure the relevant information is received to enable completion to take place efficiently. Checking Certificates of Title, handling legal enquiries.Experience required:Minimum one year Completions experience for a mortgage lenderSolid knowledge of end to end mortgage process and in particular the legal process from offer to completionExperience of Credit Search, Land Registry and fraud avoidance toolsProficiency in dealing with Solicitors and mortgage brokersGood communication, analytical and numeracy skillsExperience of performing AML, KYC and associated ID checksExperience of BTL / Bridging Finance highly desiredAttention to detail and ability to work under pressureUp to £40k Basic + Bonus + Benefits
