Manual Machinist

We are looking for a manual lathe operator to join a growing manufacturing company in Great Dunmow. You will need to have experience working with manual and 2 axis CNC lathes, as well as being an all rounder and help out in other departments when required.Your role will be to set the manual and CNC lathes, which will be producing components in various different materials such as aluminium, steel, brass and plastic. You will also be carrying out other tasks such as drilling and polishing.Working hours will be 08:00 - 16:30 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 - 15:45 on a Friday Starting salary will be circa £16ph but this will be dependent on previous experience.
