Apprentice Supervisor

Our client who are an established M&E Contractor based in Hertfordshire with a rapidly expanding their HVAC department. They are looking to bring an experienced Air Conditioning Supervisor with 6 years knowledge to join the team. The Air Conditioning Supervisor wil be working on the tools while supporting office/field based working the service manager, junior engineers and apprenctices focusing on team development.
The Supervisor will be working across London and Hertfordshire carrying out Service and reactive work on split/Multi split, VRV/VRF, Air Handling Units. Reactive work will include a call out rota with additional standby payment.

Minimum six years' experience in the field
A time served apprenticeship or hold C&G Level 2 or equivalent
Air Conditioning Supervisor Salary & Benefits
£Overtime is regularly made available, enabling you to potentially earn between £10,000 and £25,000 in extra income per year
8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
1-8 call out rota plus additional standby payment
23 days holiday plus bank
