We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Teacher to join our team in Horley. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for working with young children and a strong commitment to their holistic development.
Creating a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment where children feel valued and respected.
Assessing children's progress, identifying individual needs, and adapting teaching strategies accordingly.
Establishing positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to foster a sense of community and collaboration.
Collaborating with parents and caregivers to support children's learning and development both at home and in the classroom.
Maintaining accurate records of children's progress, attendance, and behaviour, and communicating effectively with relevant stakeholders.
Participating in professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in early childhood education.
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Previous experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting.
Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
