What You’ll Do:

  • Engage in the CND Bid Toolkit Process: Actively participate and contribute to our bid strategies.
  • Craft Compelling Content: Develop executive summaries, technical narratives, and more to showcase CND’s strengths.
  • Framework Administration: Own the process to ensure timely renewals and submissions.
  • Identify New Opportunities: Help us find and assess new frameworks to expand our reach.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Maintain a strong focus on customer service while working independently and collaboratively.
  • Lead Bid Processes: Administer, coordinate, and manage resources for bid submissions.
  • Communication Hub: Interface between leadership and the broader organization to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain Our Bid Content Library: Keep our resources up-to-date and organized.
  • Support Documentation Development: Create and update consultant bios, case studies, and certification information.
  • Governance Compliance: Ensure all bid documentation meets internal governance requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Implement feedback to refine future bid strategies.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in a similar role.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Both verbal and written.
  • Teamwork and Time Management: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Public Sector Expertise: Experience in delivering administrative support within the public sector.
  • Organizational Skills: Proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Quick to identify and resolve issues.
  • Adaptability and Critical Thinking: Flexible and analytical in a dynamic environment.
  • IT Proficiency: Strong skills in MS Office suite.
