The Senior Delivery Manager plays a critical role in overseeing the delivery of complex digital customer transformations.
This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in delivering high-quality technical solutions to paying customers , ideally within a highly regulated environment .
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing enterprise projects, leading and coaching cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality bespoke solutions. The role reports into the Head of Projects, and is home-based but with monthly travel to Milton Keynes, Norwich and/or London.

Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital transformations from discovery, mobilisation, through to go-live, ensuring the highest quality standards and that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, governance, RAID logs, customer and internal status reports, and steering committee updates.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop and implement risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
Ensure effective communication and coordination between all project stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes.
Monitor project performance, implement corrective actions and provide in-real-time status' to relevant stakeholders
Identify opportunities for cost optimization and resource reallocation to maximize project efficiency and profitability.
Continuously evaluate and improve digital delivery processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
Deliver quality through best practices and methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies that may impact project requirements.

Proven experience as a Senior Delivery/Project Manager role, with extensive experience delivering complex customer projects and products.
A deep understanding of software development methodologies (.Net) and AI technologies.
Solid experience working within Agile and Waterfall frameworks and the ability to adapt your work style to match the approach of a project.
Experience with PBI ticketing/management software, such as DevOps.
Project management certification.
Experience delivering digital projects in regulated industries, such as Insurance or Government.
