Job Description

Windows Infrastructure Engineer - Windows Server, Windows 10, Citrix, AWS, VMware, SCCM, Linux

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and maintain Windows Server, VMware, and AWS environments.
  • Prioritize and resolve service requests, incidents, and problems within SLA.
  • Perform system checks, patching, and Disaster Recovery testing.
  • Document processes and manage production risks.
  • Lead and support the team, handling escalations and new IT service transitions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience with Windows Server, Windows 10, and AWS environments.

Desired:

  • Certifications in Microsoft, VMware, Citrix, Cisco, Linux/AIX, ITIL, and AWS.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong experience with Windows Server, VMware, M365, and enterprise web infrastructure.
  • Proficient in data backup, SCCM, and ServiceNow.
  • Ability to implement changes and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Excellent documentation and time management skills.
