Job Description

Our client, a leading national law firm, is seeking an ambitious Corporate Partner to join their established Corporate team. This is a unique opportunity to work with high-profile clients on transformative M&A, private equity, and corporate restructuring deals across diverse sectors. The successful incumbent can be based in Cardiff, Swansea, Bristol, London or London and the role offers hybrid working.


Role Overview: As part of the Corporate team, you’ll engage in high-value, complex transactions, advising clients that include multinational corporations, private equity firms, and high-net-worth individuals. Your expertise will be critical in delivering innovative, strategic solutions that align with each client’s business goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage high-stakes M&A transactions, joint ventures, private equity investments, and corporate restructurings.
  • Offer strategic counsel on corporate governance, compliance, and risk management.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, providing them with forward-thinking legal solutions.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, contributing to a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
  • Actively participate in business development initiatives, including client pitches and thought leadership.
