Job Title: Creative Client Services Manager

Location: London (Hybrid – 2 days in the office)

Salary: £36,500 base + £6K EOY bonus + benefits (including private medical insurance)

The Role:


We’re seeking an experienced and dynamic Creative Client Services Manager to join our team and deliver a world-class experience for our clients. In this role, you will be the key liaison between our global publishing partner and their clients, ensuring seamless collaboration and exceptional brand partnership campaign delivery.


Your expertise will guide clients through the creative process, from initial brief to final execution, ensuring projects meet objectives and deadlines. You'll manage relationships, address challenges proactively, and uphold the highest standards of client satisfaction.


You will be able to work with internal creative and production teams to make sure timelines of booked campaigns are upheld and that the work that is produced is to the highest standards that meet client expectations and exceed them.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align creative outputs with client expectations.
  • Deliver detailed post-campaign analysis and performance reports.
  • Optimising and tweaking client campaigns for exceptional performance


About You:


  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a creative or digital marketing agency in an account management or client services capacity.
  • Exceptional communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • A passion for social-first content and digital storytelling.
  • Familiar with project management delivery tools and software
