The Role


You will play a pivotal role in designing and executing campaigns that build loyalty, drive spend and enhance customer lifetime value.

You’ll have the opportunity to bring innovative strategies to life across a range of channels, including email, app notifications, SMS, and direct mail.

Using customer data and insights, you’ll craft highly targeted campaigns, to optimise results. With a strong focus on personalisation, you’ll help shape the CRM strategy.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and deliver data-driven marketing campaigns, leveraging segmentation and lifecycle insights.
  • Drive engagement across digital and traditional channels, with a particular focus on app push notifications and personalised messaging.
  • Analyse campaign performance and present actionable insights to refine strategies.
  • Manage budgets and ensure campaigns deliver measurable ROI.
  • Lead and support a small but dynamic team.


What We’re Looking For


The ideal candidate will bring:


  • Proven experience in multi-channel CRM and direct marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Expertise in digital marketing channels, including app push notifications and email.
  • Previous experience with campaign management tools and a multi-channel retail environment would be an advantage.
