Target Start Date: 24/11/2024
Location: Onsite in Winchester with occasional travel to two data centers (approximately 30 minutes Winchester)
Driving Requirement: A valid driving license and access to a car are essential for site visits.
Security Clearance: Active SC (Security Check) clearance or SC Eligible

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Asset Analyst to join our team in Winchester. The Asset Analyst will play a crucial role in overseeing the management of assets, focusing on maximizing value through strategic acquisition, maintenance, and disposal. You will ensure optimal performance and returns while managing risk and aligning assets with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Asset Management: Monitor and analyze asset performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to data centers to assess asset conditions and requirements.
• Procurement: Assist in the procurement of assets, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and budget constraints.
• Auditing: Perform audits of asset inventory and usage to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Updating Asset Management Systems: Regularly update the asset management system with new data and insights.

  • ICD Maximo

• Understanding of ITIL: A basic understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) is preferred.
