Property Litigation Paralegal

A distinguished law firm is seeking a Property Litigation Paralegal to join its London office on a permanent basis.


About the Firm: With over 30 years of expertise, this firm has specialized in housing management and property litigation, serving more than 200 registered providers (RPs) and advising members of the G15. They represent numerous Local Authorities across England and Wales, Housing Co-operatives, Estate Management Boards, and TMOs.


The Role: As part of a LexisNexis-recognized Housing team, you will support a broad array of housing-related claims. Some duties include:

  • Managing your own caseload of housing litigation matters.
  • Assisting on cases involving possession claims, debt recovery, and housing disrepair claims.
  • Communicating with clients, experts, counsel, and housing associations.
  • Supporting all stages of the litigation process, from initiation to trial, including attending case management conferences, local possession hearings, and trials.
  • Instructing experts and counsel as required.


About You:

  • Holds a law degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Has prior experience in housing or property litigation, ideally with experience working with Registered Providers, private landlords, and County Courts.
