  • Covering a portfolio of commercial sites across Manchester, Bolton, Morecambe and surrounding areas.
  • Working Monday - Friday, 40-hour week.
  • This role will consist of 70% of client relationship management, managing logbooks, booking contractors, quotations, permits and RAMs in place, and drive performance within the team (two direct reports). The role will be 30% on the tools.
  • Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance including emergency light testing, fire alarm testing, sprinkler testing, PAT testing, light replacements / changes, filter changes on AHU's, flushing and other multi-skilled maintenance duties.
About YouTo be successful in the role of Lead Engineer, you’ll bring the following skills and experience:
  • Recognised electrical qualifications at NVQ Level 2 or City and Guilds.
  • 17th or 18th Edition certification.
  • Experience working in a commercial environment, and experience supervising engineers and subcontractors.
