We are looking for experienced candidates to be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of Salesforce applications, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom solutions built on the Salesforce Platform. You will be working remotely with other consultants, developers and admins.

Additionally, you will have a flexible attitude, creativity, and imagination, particularly when solving complex client challenges, adapting to changing project requirements, or brainstorming innovative solutions for unique business needs.

Develop and maintain technical documentation for projects and solutions
Provide training and support to clients on Salesforce best practices
Assist in the integration of Salesforce with other business-critical applications
Monitor system performance and proactively address any issues
Design and build reliable applications using the Salesforce platform
Ensure the best possible quality of the application
Take ownership of project work, including planning, executing, and delivering tasks while ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines (should be a confident self-starter)
Identify bugs and align with requirements during testing
Track time spent on tasks and projects
Daily progress report to line leader/project manager

Ability to communicate with client and provide consultation on Salesforce solutions
Salesforce Experience

Experience in designing and deploying Salesforce integrations with third-party systems
Experience in designing custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflow, approval processes, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and email generation according to application requirements
Experience in administration setup, e.g. managing users, security controls, and data as well as creating roles, profiles, and reports
Experience using Data Loader to import large / complex data sets

Minimum work experience 2 years and 1 years of Salesforce
