Operations Director / Practice Manager - Legal Practice - Norfolk


We are working alongside an impressive and successful law firm, seeking a Operations Director to join their thriving practice


This is an integral leadership role within the team, the role offers the chance to shape and lead the firm’s strategic and operational functions, contributing to its ambitious growth plans.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operational management of the firm, ensuring efficiency across all departments.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic business plans.
  • Drive and manage exciting growth initiatives, ensuring alignment with the firm’s objectives.
  • Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Manage and develop internal processes to improve workflow and client service delivery.
  • Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Oversee wider functions, including recruitment, staff development, and performance management.


Ideal candidate;

  • Proven experience in an operational or practice management role within a Law firm
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
