About the Role


As a BPO Advisory Director , you’ll lead the way in delivering innovative consulting solutions to clients. From designing tailored outsourcing strategies to overseeing complex projects, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping organisations achieve measurable results. This position combines thought leadership, hands-on project management, and client engagement at the highest level.


What You’ll Be Doing


Strategic Advisory:

  • Develop and deliver bespoke BPO solutions based on in-depth client assessments.
  • Provide expert guidance on outsourcing strategies, leveraging industry insights and best practices.

Client Leadership:

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Drive client success by aligning outsourcing roadmaps with their strategic objectives.

Project Excellence:

  • Lead consulting teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.
  • Oversee resources, budgets, and deliverables with precision and care.

Innovation & Growth:

  • Identify new opportunities to expand advisory services and create innovative solutions.
  • Act as a thought leader in the BPO space, showcasing your expertise to attract new business.


What We’re Looking For


  • A strategic mindset with a proven ability to drive long-term BPO transformation.
  • At least 15 years of experience in BPO, including 5+ years in a leadership or consultancy role.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Expertise in consulting frameworks, outsourcing technologies, and project management tools.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a client-first approach.
  • A passion for mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
