CNC Setter OperatorMilling£20.76 and £20.95 per hourMust have experience with setting / operating 5 axis, 4 axis or 3 axis CNC Milling machinesRotating shifts6am to 2pm Monday to Thursday and 6am - 12pm FridayRotating to 2pm to 10pm Monday to Thursday - 12pm to 6pm FridaySet and Operate using Fanuc ControlWill be a permanent positionBased in Stone, StaffordshireWorking in manufacturing and production environmentExperienced in machining complex components from a variety of metals / alloys (Titanium, Cast Iron, Tungsten, etc…)Duties of a CNC Setter OperatorExperience of MillingSet and operate CNC machinery to produce designated components.Set part datums using probing cycles and manual methodsAble to enter and change tool lengths and datum positions as and when needed.Ensure all equipment used is in calibration and good operating conditionPrevious work experience on 5 axis, 4 axis or 3 axis CNC Machines Experience required for a CNC Setter OperatorMillingSet and operate CNC using Fanuc controlRelevant experience within Mechanical / Manufacturing EngineeringUnderstanding of Engineering drawingsWorking knowledge of control systemsChange tools, know speeds and feedsAbility to use a variety of in process gauging and inspection equipmentMachining experienceExperienced in machining complex components from a variety of metals / alloys (Titanium, Cast Iron, Tungsten, etc…)Good communicator, written and verbalWorking in a manufacturing and production background Hours of work for a CNC Setter OperatorRotating shifts6am to 2pm Monday to Thursday and 6am - 12pm FridayRotating to 2pm to 10pm Monday to Thursday - 12pm to 6pm Friday£20.76 and £20.95 per hourLocationStone, StaffordshirePlease click apply for the CNC Setter Operator role
