We are looking for Children, Young People & Family Support Workers to join our growing team in Hemel Hempstead.


Responsibilities

  • Provide tailored support to children, young people, and families
  • Collaborate with local authorities, schools, and professionals
  • Engage families in support plans for positive outcomes
  • Safeguard and promote children's welfare
  • Follow local and national safeguarding policies


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years working with children, young people, or families in a support role.
  • Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) preferred, though not essential.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of safeguarding principles and practices.
  • Checks: Enhanced DBS check required. Applicants must provide references covering the last 3 years.
  • Eligibility: We are unable to sponsor Skilled Worker Visa applicants for this position.
