We are seeking a talented IT Business Analyst to join a growing organisation dedicated to enhancing its systems across multiple divisions. In this role, you will be pivotal in connecting business stakeholders with IT operations, analysing processes, identifying technical solutions, and implementing systems that align with business objectives.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and document business needs and objectives.
Process Analysis: Evaluate existing business processes to identify issues and opportunities for improvement through technology.
Solution Design: Work closely with the IT team to design and develop solutions that meet business needs, providing risk and impact assessments.
Create comprehensive documentation of business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.
Serve as a liaison between stakeholders, operations, and IT to ensure a clear understanding of project goals.
Project Support: Assist in managing IT projects, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Testing and Validation: Collaborate with IT and operations to ensure solutions meet business requirements and are defect-free, including conducting unit testing.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to end users during and after system implementations, developing necessary training materials.
Data Analysis: Analyse and interpret data to deliver insights that support decision-making and process improvements.
Risk Assessment: Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT solutions.
2-3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role.
~ Strong understanding of both information technology and business administration.
~ Familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
~ Experience with CRM and Case Management Systems.
~ Proficiency in data analysis, including SQL and Excel.
