Job Description

Sales Director


We are looking for a high-performing Sales Director with experience in the UK healthcare recruitment market. Leading their own Brand under a wider Group with an international team.


The successful candidate will take all measures to meet our growth objectives by developing sales strategies, building a high performance team and enabling tactics and action plans around the business that deliver against key desirable outcomes.


With a proven focus on executing strategies as well as the willingness and ability to get stuck in and make it happen at all levels as the business grows is a key factor for this position.


We have high ambitions for this business and expect the successful candidate to have the passion, desire and fortitude to build an amazing business.


There is an existing candidate and client base to provide quick wins and gain traction quickly.


Responsibilities

  • Own and hit periodic sales targets.
  • Business Development
  • In collaboration with the board develop and execute the strategic plan to achieve sales targets and growth plans.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships built on excellent service and delivery.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders and team members to understand their needs and objectives.
  • Understand category-specific trends reporting on forces that may shift budget focus and strategic direction.
  • Build a high performance service centric team of recruitment consultants.
  • Manage team members to work within all rules and guidelines required for the business.
  • Work with the wider business to understand shared services and improve efficiencies.
  • Be an escalation point for complaints from clients and candidates.
  • Conduct reviews and give feedback to team members as needed and required.


Requirements

  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing differentiated and achievable solutions
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent leadership and managerial skills
