We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Sales Development Representative to join our team in our Altrincham or Nottingham office, specialising in the Capital Allowance Tax Relief and Land Remediation sectors. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying and qualifying potential clients, and scheduling appointments for our Capital Allowance and Land Remediation Relief experts to conduct consultations.


This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong sales mindset and excellent communication skills who is eager to contribute to the growth of a thriving business while working with innovative tax relief solutions that benefit companies across various industries.


Role Objectives:

  • Lead Generation - identify and research potential leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and industry research.
  • Generate qualified leads by targeting businesses that could benefit from R&D Tax Credits and Capital Allowances.
  • Develop and maintain a list of prospects and effectively manage outreach efforts to build a strong pipeline.



Requirements (Essential):

  • Proven experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or tele-sales (B2B experience preferable).
  • Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and managing high volumes of outreach activity.
  • Ability to communicate the benefits of tax relief programs in an engaging, informative, and persuasive manner.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with senior decision-makers.
  • Confident and articulate, with the ability to handle objections and create interest in tax relief solutions.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to establish trust quickly with business owners and key decision-makers.
  • Highly self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed lead generation and appointment scheduling targets.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to the broader team goals.



Requirements (Preferable):

  • A basic understanding of Capital Allowances and Land Remediation is beneficial but not essential. We will provide full training on these topics.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) for managing leads and tracking progress.
