About the Role:

As a 'Full-Stack Developer' , you will be a core member of our Tech team, responsible for building and maintaining high-performance, scalable applications that are pivotal to our operations. This role demands expertise in both backend and frontend development, with an emphasis on delivering well-architected and robust solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of user interfaces with backend logic, while managing API development, container orchestration, and cloud infrastructure. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned developer to drive technical innovation and automation within a fast-paced, growing fintech environment.


Who We Are Looking For:

We are seeking an experienced ‘Full-Stack Developer ’ who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative setting. The ideal candidate has a strong technical foundation in both backend and frontend development, is highly proficient in Python and React, and is experienced with modern development tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. If you are passionate about solving complex problems, have a keen eye for detail, and excel in cloud computing and API design, this role is perfect for you. Experience in financial or real estate sectors, along with a commitment to agile methodologies, will set you apart. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team are essential.


Required:

·      8+ years of experience in backend development with proficiency in Python.

·      5+ years of experience in frontend development with proficiency in React.

·      Proficiency in code versioning with Git.

·      Expertise in Docker and container orchestration with Kubernetes.

·      Expertise in API design and development, including RESTful services and FastAPI framework.

·      Strong working knowledge of SQL and MySQL databases.

·      Strong working knowledge of cloud computing with Microsoft Azure.

·      In-depth understanding of CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.


Desirable:

·      Experience with the Falcon web framework and React Native on mobile applications.

·      Experience with Atlassian products such as Jira and Bitbucket.

·      Experience with agile development methodologies.

·      Understanding of financial and real estate domains is a plus.

·      Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

·      Excellent communication and teamwork skills.


Key Responsibilities:

·      Maintain and further develop robust backend infrastructures with the Falcon web framework.

·      Maintain and further develop swift frontend application interface.

·      Work with Docker containers, including setup, deployment, and networking.

·      Manage and optimise MySQL databases, including schema design and query optimisation.

·      Maintain and develop APIs, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to frontend requests.

·      Collaborate with the team to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

·      Implement security and data protection measures.
