We are working on a great opportunity for someone towards the start of their FMCG career. This is a business with a track record of developing top talent, supporting career growth and is looking for their next sales talent


The role is a Key Account Manager within their High Street & Discounter team.


This person will work closely with the SNAM to explore the opportunities and growth potential within the category, and there is A LOT This is a P&L accountable role working with Internal & External stakeholders to drive growth across key accounts.


You will…


  • Manage Key Accounts end to end and also have responsibility for some small accounts with high growth potential.
  • Manage customer relationships, improve engagement and implement/ execute JBP’s to facilitate growth.
  • Lots of internal and external stakeholder management, cross functional and in direct influencing.
  • Have the autonomy to think different, try new things and take risks where needed across the channel.
  • Whilst account management is a focus you will also have the ability to pursue new opportunities.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
