Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Employment Lawyer located in London, with flexibility for some remote work. Our client is a private equity firm with investments in a number of portfolio companies.


They are looking for an experienced employment lawyer to advise on a range of employment contracts across the portfolio. The successful candidate will advise on on a wide range of matters including the usual broad range of contract negotiations, ongoing employment issues, termination, settlement negotiation, reorganisations (including advising onIR 35 matters). This is a largely non-contentious work.


They are looking for someone to fill a role who has a minimum 3- 4 PQE level and would welcome people returning from a career break, recognising they may have more experience than that.


Qualifications

  • Admitted to the Bar in England and Wales
  • Demonstrated experience and expertise in employment law
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Commitment to providing high-quality legal services to clients
