Corporate Solicitor – Senior Associate level - Bristol


This is an outstanding opportunity and one of the most exciting corporate solicitor opportunities in Bristol. Our client is looking for an experienced corporate lawyer with roughly 5 PQE or more. Ideally they should already be embedded in the local market though the Partners will also consider those intending to relocate to the South West.


Overview


  • Position: Senior Associate – Corporate Solicitor
  • Location: Bristol
  • Salary: £75,000 to £105,000
  • Reporting to: Partner
  • Work Pattern: Hybrid (combining office and remote working)
  • Experience: Circa 5 years PQE or more with M&A and Private Equity experience


Quality M&A and Private Equity work


You will act mostly for the Buyer on a range of M&A work. At this stage of your career, you will be expected to be comfortable leading on deals and have excellent communication and project management skills. The team also deal with a number of the top national PE houses.

Progression planning within the corporate team


As well as being an experienced and adept technical corporate solicitor, you should also be keen to be involved in business development. The team benefits from a steady flow of work, but one of the aims of this recruitment exercise is to develop someone at Senior Associate level into one of the next leaders of the team.
