The successful applicant will be required to manage the staff team and contribute to the overall running of the service.Experience of an adult day or accommodation-based service and activities for young people and adults with autism and their families and a support network is desirable.The successful applicant will be required to workdays, weekends, evenings and sleep-in duties where necessary.Please be aware, we are unable to accept applications from candidates who have restricted hours, and we are unable offer sponsorships.Full details of the job role are included in the job description below.What we offer:
