In our Bevica arm, we’re an expert ISV – having created our own bespoke solution based on Microsoft core technology for the drinks sector.
We’re looking for an ambitious sales executive who’s excited to take on the challenge of driving company revenue by closing sales opportunities with both new and existing clients. Build and maintain strong relationships to foster growth and support the Sales and Marketing team by effectively promoting TVision’s products and solutions.
Role Description
We’re looking for an ambitious sales executive who’s excited to take on the challenge of being a key pillar in the creation of a new sales team; representing TVision professionally, and championing its value propositions within targeted markets. The purpose of this role is to assist company growth by building our client base, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Reporting to the Sales Director, you'll manage prospects, nurturing those leads through the pipeline to closure. You’ll play a crucial role building and sustaining long-term client relationships by proactively engaging with both new and existing customers.
Working in the fast paced world of technology, members of the sales team need to regularly communicate trends and insights from the market with the sales and marketing team and the wider business. As you'd expect of a technology organisation, data is critical to everything we do – so you’ll also need to ensure accurate and timely updates of customer and prospect information in CRM and other relevant databases.
A Summary of the Core Responsibilities
- Achieve aggressive monthly/quarterly/annual targets.
- Conduct virtual and in-person client meetings to drive engagement and sales.
- Prepare tailored proposals, respond to RFPs, and negotiate contracts to meet client needs.
- Demonstrate and present TVision’s product offerings confidently to prospects and clients.
- Maintain CRM and marketing databases effectively to track and nurture leads.
- Collaborate with pre-sale consultants and project teams to ensure smooth handovers.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and meetings to enhance industry knowledge and identify new opportunities.
What skills & experience do I need for this role?
You’ll need a proven track record in sales, ideally in ERP or software solutions. We'd like someone who is familiar with Microsoft's ERP products as we specialise in Business Central. You'll also need to have excellent interpersonal and communication abilities across all organisational levels as well as strong organisational skills, able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. You'll need to have experience with CRM systems for lead tracking and management.
We want someone who is very adaptable, who really is comfortable in a fast-paced environment with evolving product portfolios and market strategies, as our market never stands still.
And finally we'll need you to have a full UK driving license and the right to work in the UK.
