Job Overview

We’re seeking independent, self-motivated Freelance Sales Associates to promote and sell Grozeo’s franchising opportunities. This is a flexible freelance role , ideal for those looking to add another income stream or earn extra money on the side. You’ll have the freedom to work remotely and independently, with optional access to online training and our London office if needed.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify potential franchisees using your existing network, digital channels, and other methods.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage leads from initial contact through contract signing.
  • Marketing Outreach: Leverage social media, email marketing, and other tools to attract leads.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with prospects, helping them understand Grozeo’s value.
  • Reporting: Regularly update the team on lead status and sales metrics.


Qualifications

  • Sales experience, preferably in franchising, tech, or e-commerce.
  • Great communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven, able to work independently, and comfortable managing your own schedule.
  • Familiarity with CRM and digital marketing tools is advantageous.


Compensation and Incentives

This role is commission-based , with earnings of £600+ per successful conversion and opportunities for additional incentives. Payments are made upon contract signing and receiving onbaording fee from the franshisee.
