They are recognised as one of the top companies to work for in the health and social care sector, providing outstanding service and care.As a Scrub Nurse, you will: Deliver quality care across a range of services in a fast-paced environment.Work flexible shifts, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays and on-calls.Lead a team and make influential decisions.Support and contribute to the theatre department's operations.Package and Benefits: As a Scrub Nurse in this role, you can expect: Annual salary of up to £35,000.25 days holiday per year, increasing to 30 with service, plus bank holidays.Private Pension Scheme and Healthcare Scheme.Enhanced Maternity, Paternity, and Adoption pay.Non-contributory life insurance and discounts for friends and family.The ideal Theatre Practitioner will: Be a Registered Practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration.Ideally have 12 months of experience in a theatre setting, though this is not essential.Be enthusiastic about learning and development opportunities.Be flexible with shift patterns to support the theatre department's needs.If you have experience or interest in roles such as Operating Theatre Nurse, Operating Department Practitioner, Theatre Nurse or ODP, this position could be the perfect fit for you.If you are interested in this exciting opportunity, please click APPLY or call LEWIS on (phone number removed).LICLA
