Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Education and Care Coordinator to join our team at Maple Grove School in Chester. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing educational and care support to students with autism and additional needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized learning plans for students
  • Provide educational and care support to students in the classroom and during activities
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure effective learning outcomes
  • Monitor student progress and adjust learning plans as needed

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A background in working with students with autism or similar needs
  • Experience of supporting pupils with challenging behaviors
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
