Job Description

Ringway is hiring a Head of Social Value to lead our initiatives that make a difference across our projects and partnerships. This is an incredible opportunity to shape and drive social impact strategies within the heart of a dynamic infrastructure company.


About the Role: As the Head of Social Value , you’ll design, implement, and champion social value policies that support the wellbeing, economic development, and environmental sustainability of the communities we serve. You’ll be working closely with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure that social value is embedded in everything we do, setting benchmarks, measuring impact, and driving continuous improvement.


What You'll Do:

  • Lead the development of Ringway’s Social Value strategy in line with business objectives and industry standards.
  • Oversee social value commitments across key contracts and projects.
  • Collaborate with community stakeholders to assess needs and create tailored, impactful programs.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on social value metrics, ensuring transparency and compliance with best practices.
  • Engage internal teams through training and awareness initiatives to promote a culture of social responsibility.

About You:

  • Proven experience in social value, CSR, or community engagement within construction, infrastructure, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of social value frameworks, such as TOMs, and the ability to measure and communicate impact.
  • Excellent project management skills and an ability to work across teams to achieve collective goals.
  • Strategic thinker with a genuine commitment to making a positive social impact.
