This premium quality, food-to-go producer operates globally as part of a leading food group. About the NPD Chef - hybrid job
Oversee all culinary innovation projects from design to delivery and ensure quality throughout the process.
* Create new and innovative recipes from product sourcing to launching live own brand propositions.
* A minimum of 5 years’ experience in 5* culinary hospitality and or food retail market with 2+ years’ management/supervisory experience.
* Project management experience.
* Food brand development experience preferred.
* An understanding of manufacturing operating systems understanding (BOM’s, ERP, purchasing, supply chain management, development tools, research and analysis tools and programs)
* Ideally food qualifications but must have strong food knowledge, commercial awareness and time management skills.
The NPD Chef job is (ref:8704) based in West London and is paying up to £45,000 according to your experience. This is a hybrid role - 2 days onsite but you must be flexible to come in when needed. Some travel is required so you must have a full UK driver’s license.
