We are offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to gain valuable experience and work with leading industry standards such as GDPR, ISO 27001, and other regulatory frameworks.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and updating compliance-related documentation, including policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring they are always aligned with regulatory changes. You will also assist in preparing reports and documentation for audits, regulatory reviews, and management reporting, ensuring all deliverables are accurate and timely.
A key focus will be supporting risk assessments and gap analysis to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement, helping the organisation address non-compliance issues effectively. You will also contribute to both internal and external audits by gathering and organising evidence, tracking findings, and managing remediation efforts. Collaboration is at the heart of this role, as you’ll work closely with teams across IT, legal, and operations to implement compliance initiatives and meet regulatory requirements.
We are looking for someone with excellent analytical skills, capable of interpreting complex regulations and policies to support informed decision-making. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy are essential, especially when handling compliance documentation and reporting. Strong communication skills are a must, as you’ll need to explain intricate compliance requirements to non-specialist audiences. A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams will be key to your success.
To be considered, you should have a solid understanding of information security and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials Plus, and GDPR. Experience in compliance, information security, or risk management roles is required, and prior experience supporting audits would be a distinct advantage.
