Barbering Skills Instructor

Vocational training or teaching in a prison or similar setting preferred
Barbering, customer service, employability, and digital skills
Deliver VTCT Barbering Training: Embed employability, literacy, and digital skills within the training to prepare learners for real-world barbering roles.
Inclusive Learning Environment: Use adaptive teaching techniques to accommodate neurodiverse and other learners, with a focus on Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI).
Real-World Experience: Oversee the in-prison barbershop, operating evenings and weekends, and collaborate with local employers to facilitate Release on Temporary License (ROTL) and through-the-gate opportunities for employment.
Level 3 Barbering certification, plus strong communication and organisational skills.
Experience in teaching, coaching, or vocational training.
Knowledge of restorative practices, health and safety compliance, and adaptive training
