So, what’s it all about?

As our next Production Front Line Manager, you’ll be instrumental in driving the delivery of the right quality of product in full and on time. Your remit will be to ensure our people are managed effectively and are safe at work while delivering great standards.

To excel in this role, you'll need to be resilient, have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and be adaptable. Working with a team of individuals responsible for achieving KPIs and completing orders, your role is to continuously improve metrics on waste and yield, ensure processes are followed, and ensure the safety of our product and our people.

You’re not the type to be afraid of a challenge. In this role, you will be constantly developing and working towards new solutions.

As a Production Front Line Manager, you will thrive on making a difference and changing culture. Your remit would be to ensure our people are managed effectively, are safe at work, and are delivering great quality products in line with company standards.

The Key Requirements...

  • People management
  • Resilience
  • Experience of having worked in a fast-moving environment; ideally food, warehouse, pharma, packaging etc
  • Good IT skills
  • Confident communicator
