Role Purpose

We’re looking to add an enthusiastic and collaborative designer to our team Twilo Creative is a well established and growing agency, now in its tenth year, successfully delivering industry leading projects across design, web and marketing.

Design projects include custom applications, creative websites across various business sectors, as well as branding and print design projects.

Quality and collaboration are at the heart of what we do, with a strong and genuine focus on personal development and progression. With a strong focus on culture and a client portfolio spanning many industries and a, no two days are ever the same.

Working with all departments of the business, you’ll create quality designs and content for online and offline channels for Twilo and its clients. You will manage online and offline design projects from start to finish as well as contribute to team projects.

We’re looking for somebody with a positive and professional approach to design projects, who can align with the company’s reputation of always delivering quality design and development.

About You

Pixel-perfect website & UI designs, awesome infographics and beautiful brands are just some of the great projects you’ll deliver, supported by our experienced Marketers and Developers. You’ll have direct contact with the clients you work with, and will work closely with the front-end developers who build your designs, delivering detailed developer handovers to ensure your projects are brought to life with your full vision.

The primary caseload is made up of business websites, e-commerce, and custom applications. Additionally we deliver strong branding projects for our clients of various sizes and budgets. We have a number of active clients and therefore you’ll have a good variety of projects and be able to work to pre-agreed deadlines, with each day offering its own opportunities due to the variety.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Develop concepts, graphics and websites / UI layouts
  • Manage design projects from initial ideas generation through to print and launch
  • Create pixel-perfect website designs
  • Discuss ideas with clients, providing follow up emails and regular communication
  • Produce handovers and briefs for website developers, ensuring your ideas have translated to the build
  • Liaising with colleagues and clients and provide regular updates
  • Assist Digital Marketers with creative and engaging marketing artwork
  • Bring the flair, and have fun
