Job Title: Commercial Account Executive

Salary: £30,000 basic + £15,000 commission OTE

Location: Newcastle

The company is backed by one of the most prestigious private equity funds in the UK with a suite of impressive board members who have exited numerous successful tech companies. The technology is simplifying HR and payroll and growing by acquisition meaning a huge opportunity for sales reps to upsell existing customers alongside a huge influx of inbound leads. Last year the company saw a 40% increase in sales with all reps hitting target.



This company is looking for their next superstar who wants to skyrocket their career in software sales and become a top tier rep in an already successful, growing business. This role comes with the autonomy to make decisions and is perfect for an ambitious, driven and entrepreneurial candidate who thrives in a fast paced environment. The company has grown from 1-250 employees over 4.5years and has the excitement of a start-up with the financial muscle of investment behind it. You will be managing the full sales cycle by closing inbound leads, upselling to existing customer base, working SQLs from the existing SDR team and managing your time with multiple deal cycles. There is a structured onboarding plan designed to set reps up for success with continuous training and development support throughout your tenure. There is the opportunity be promoted to a Strategic Account Executive in 1 year.



The office is based in the most vibrant part of Newcastle city, Hoult’s Yard, and has a fun and social culture. They go into the office regularly but do offer flexible working.



We are looking for career-focused individuals who have professional experience and are looking to either develop an existing career in tech sales, or transition to a sales role and build upon existing commercial experience.
