Job Title

We are seeking a highly competent and reliable Static Electrician to join our team in Guildford.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on a range of electrical systems and equipment, including lighting, power, and control systems motors, generators, and transformers fire alarm systems and other safety equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems.
  • Carry out repairs and installations of electrical components and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
  • A proven track record as a maintenance electrician with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • A strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
  • 18th Edition wiring regulations knowledge.
  • Experience with PLC systems and control systems (desirable).
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of up to £42,000 per year (depending on experience).
  • Monday to Friday working hours (8am - 5pm).
  • 20 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays.
