Are you a natural leader looking to take on the responsibility of a Shift Manager? The Shift Manager is expected to manage the shift in the most efficient manner to achieve targets set by customer and company by effectively managing operational activities.
This is a Full-time, Permanent role, working a 4 on 4 off night shift pattern, 7pm-7am
We’re looking to offer a salary of £40,000 per annum and 23 days holiday (including bank holidays). Manage operational activities of any assigned contract, operational team and shift
To understand the short to medium term plans of the customer and the operational requirements. Maintain of all warehouse related operational processes and procedures to ensure the effective delivery of set targets and KPI’s by monitoring the operational team performance through their middle management
