IAM Transformation Consultant



£45k – £60k + Training / Upskilling as required



London / Birmingham - Hybrid



With a secured pipeline of landmark IAM transformation projects my client is looking to strengthen their team with the addition of an IAM Consultant who’s ready, to progress their career and get involved in large-scale projects



This is a growing practice looking to become the go-to company for IAM transformation, this is a company that is committed to training and a role that could include international travel and accelerated career progression.



This is end-to-end work from strategy to design through to implementation. You’ll be working with and supporting your colleagues on career-defining transformation projects.



Role of the IAM Transformation Consultant:



  1. End-to-end involvement in broad IAM transformation projects.
  2. The ability to consult and be a problem solver.
  3. Have the ability to articulate to the non-tech stakeholders in jargon-free language why they need IAM and what the business benefits will be.
  4. Assist with complex IAM problems across a range of industries, finding innovative and creative ways to resolve them using your knowledge of technology and processes to manage IAM risk.



Some of the Requirements of the IAM Transformation Consultant:



  1. Certificates such as CISSP
  2. Excellent communication – written and oral
  3. Knowledge of IAM domains such as Sailpoint / Cyberark / Entra / Okta etc
  4. A collaborator with the desire to work on a team at the forefront of digital identity transformation.
  5. Must be eligible for SC clearance


This will be a hybrid role split between home, site and office visits.
