A leading security company within the Web3 space is focused on threat detection software across the DeFi and and Web3 space. Building out a strong presence across the U.S. and Europe, they are seeking a Director of Customer Success to manage, build, and scale their post-sale customer success strategy. This is an opportunity to join at the ground up and to work with modern and unique software across the cryptocurrency space.
Role: Web3 Director of Customer Success
Location: United Kingdom or United States - remote
Manage, develop, and implement new customer success strategies, showing what best practice is.
Leading and growing the customer success team. The goal is to hire customer success managers and perform as a player coach.
Create the customer onboarding, training, and implementation processes and ensuring there are smooth processes for long-term success.
Leadership Experience in managing a customer success team and have built a team from the ground up, with a track record of developing and coaching talent.
