What you’ll be doing

As Senior Account Executive, you will be a key figure in the sales team, focusing on targeting new accounts within your defined territory.


Your day to day might look a little like this:

• Striving to meet quarterly and yearly sales quota with your prospective accounts

• Using a ‘partnership’ approach, working as a consultant with clients to build trust and credibility. Building relationships is key to success in this role.

• Mapping and developing the existing customer base, growing partnerships through added value

• Managing and maintaining the full sales cycle with accurate, up-to-date forecasting and reporting


A bit about you

Ideally, you’ll be based in London, UK and be able to travel consistently throughout your working week.


You’ll have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the construction industry and a proven track record of success in B2B sales int he construction technology market


A few other key skills we are looking for:

• An excellent listener, being attentive to customer and stakeholders’ needs at every stage

• Excellent stakeholder management and networking skills; people need to like you and trust that you have their best interests at heart

• Excellent sales and negotiation skills, closing deals should be second nature to you

• Genuine passion for construction technology and belief in the impact that using advanced technology can bring to the industry
