This project involves overseeing the electrical installations for two apartment blocks, ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards. This role is ideal for an Electrical Supervisor with experience managing teams on residential developments and delivering high standards on tight timelines.Full Job Description: As the Electrical Supervisor, you will lead and coordinate a team of eight electricians on the installation and testing of electrical systems across two apartment blocks. You will manage day-to-day operations, monitor progress, and ensure that all work complies with industry standards and project requirements. Your hands-on experience in residential projects will help you successfully guide the team and maintain site efficiency.Responsibilities & Activities:

• Supervise and manage a team of 8 electricians, ensuring quality and timely completion of all electrical installations.
• Oversee the installation of electrical systems in two apartment blocks, including wiring, lighting, and safety systems.
• Conduct regular site inspections, checking for adherence to safety regulations and project specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers and other trades to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any on-site issues.
• Maintain high standards of Health & Safety and ensure all electricians are compliant with site safety protocols.
• Report project progress and any potential delays to the project manager, proposing solutions as necessary.
• Manage tools, materials, and schedules to optimise team productivity.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor, ideally on residential or apartment projects.
• Valid ECS/CSCS Card and NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent qualification.

• Strong understanding of electrical systems, residential installations, and safety regulations.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a team and oversee daily site activities.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to make timely decisions under pressure.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with project stakeholders.
• Availability for flexible freelance hours as needed for project completion.
