As they continue to grow, they are seeking a highly-skilled Senior Estimator to join their dynamic team.Position Overview: The Senior Estimator will play a critical role in the project planning and execution process, and be responsible for accurately estimating project costs and collaborating with various departments to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in estimating and also leading a team.Key Responsibilities: Grading and assigning of incoming work to meet targets and appropriate to the skill set/development needs of estimatorsTaking the lead on Senior level estimating projectsRecruitment, Onboarding, Training and Development of Estimating teamEnsuring accuracy and quality of all work produced and checked within the team; ensuring building regulations and requirements are met and understoodIn conjunction with the Head of Technical and Estimating Services ensure performance, accuracy and work flow targets set within the department are metProvide an efficient and effective service while maintaining relationships and standardsWorking in conjunction with the leadership team; continually look for new opportunities to promote and expand the service offeringReview and improve estimating processes and systems to ensure the service offering remains up to date with regulatory, customer and business requirementsIn conjunction with the leadership team, ensure estimating prices and products used reflect our client's target marketsQualifications:Minimum of 1 years' experience in estimating level 3 projectsStrong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulationsExcellent mathematical and analytical skills with a high level of accuracyExceptional communication and negotiation skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsWhat's On Offer:Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for professional growth and developmentA collaborative and supportive work environmentInvolvement in high-profile and innovative projects
