As part of our continued growth, we are looking for Teachers to join our amazing team at Castle Garden School, part of Options Autism. About the role We require qualified Teachers who have the ability to make a significant contribution to our school. You will take a creative approach to teaching pupils according to their educational needs, ensuring delivery of the school curriculum in a way that maximises pupils’ achievement and ability to develop. The pupils may display some challenging behaviour due to their different needs, so staff are required to have experience. Within this role, you will teach pupils in a fun and engaging way. You will also work with the support staff within the classroom to ensure that each pupil is getting the support they require, but also to ensure the smooth running of sessions and allow each pupil to have a positive learning environment. You will provide feedback to SLT, parents and carers. Essential: Experience of work within an education setting Experience of planning, delivering and teaching lessons Willingness to work towards further qualifications as required Undertake relevant group induction training on commencement QTS or QTLS Do you have: Driving licence/access to car QTS or QTLS About the school Castle Garden School is a brand-new independent specialist school for pupils with autism between 5 - 11 years of age.
