As a Support Worker, you can make a significant impact on lives by helping them achieve great things. Although it can be a demanding and challenging role, a calm and conscientious approach helps to ensure that the young person/adult can progress toward increased independence, confidence and empowerment. At Underley Garden we schedule Waking Night Care Workers who support our pupils with their needs throughout the night. Occasionally, additional support may be needed so we also schedule Sleep-in shifts which, for the most part, pass without incident as our occupants are mostly settled throughout the night. The Location We are hiring Children Support Workers for Underley Garden School which is an Independent Special School and Accommodation based near the village of Kirkby Lonsdale in Cumbria, providing support for individuals between the ages of 5-19.

The school was judged to be Outstanding in all areas in April 2022.
