What you’ll be doing:

Managing documentation for governance reporting

Providing both historical and predictive analytics to enable trend analysis, synthesis, and forecasting, while identifying and addressing any discrepancies

Delivering a comprehensive reporting and MI (Management Information) suite across the programme, while supporting the creation of high-quality, descriptive narratives

Overseeing the management of input and output packs and collating information within the document library

Supporting the delivery of meetings through coordination of facilities and work with meeting Chairs to deliver high-quality, smooth-running governance and support meetings

Your skills and experiences:

Recognised project management qualification or equivalent by experience in a project environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically PowerPoint, Excel and Visio

Demonstrable experience leading or managing a team

Experience using online documentation libraries or toolsets such as SharePoint

The SSNA Integrated Reporting & Governance team:
