The Reliability and Maintenance Engineering (RME) WW Talent Development Learning Design and Innovation team is seeking an experienced Learning Experience Architect with a strong passion for learning technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for the creation and execution of strategic learning initiatives that empower our field and central teams to build key skills and grow in their careers. Your role will be essential in shaping high-quality learning content and collaborating with internal and external partners to support Amazon’s continuous drive for innovation.
Key job responsibilities
Develop Learning Frameworks: Create learning frameworks that ensure consistency and quality across training initiatives, aligning with business goals and driving measurable ROI.
Collaborate with Teams: Work with designers and engineers and vendors to create seamless and immersive AR, VR, and AI-based learning experiences.
Optimize Applications: Ensure AR/VR applications are optimized for performance and usability, offering the best user experience.
Stay Current with Industry Trends: Continuously integrate the latest advancements in AR, VR, and AI technologies into learning programs.
Architect Learning Journeys: Develop learning journeys that are directly tied to achieving specific, measurable outcomes.
Drive Learning Adoption: Partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to promote and implement new learning initiatives.
Design and Manage Learning Programs: Lead the design and execution of learning programs to upskill RME field and central teams.
Monitor Program Effectiveness: Analyze data to measure learning program success and recommend adjustments for improvement.
Build Strong Relationships: Engage with leadership teams and L&D organizations to ensure alignment and drive program adoption.

RME Learning & Development Mission: We use science, data, and innovative approaches to reinvent workplace learning. We provide the right training and performance support, to the right people, at the right time. We build the capabilities that equip RME with the maintenance skills and equipment knowledge to grow, develop, and scale.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS -Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
-Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
-Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS -Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in AR development, with a portfolio of AR/VR and AI applications.
-Experience with 3D modeling and animation tools like Blender, Maya, or similar software.
-Solid understanding of computer vision, image processing, and 3D graphics.
