Electrical Project Manager sought in central Cornwall
We are working with a highly regarded Tier 1 UK contractor, prioritising efficiency, quality and compliance as they replace and refurbish large, technical commercial units at a site located in mid-Cornwall. At present our client is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to lead a team of Electrical Supervisors and sub contracted engineers for 3 years.
SC Clearance is required, however we are open to discussions with those holding equivalent M&E construction experience, authority, and qualifications.

Managing a project team to reach completion within budget and to programme.
Interpret the requirements of the specification
Managing procurement, labour and sub-contractors.
Stakeholder engagement and management
Controlling contract costs and variations.
Co-ordinating M&E Services installations
Managing all health and safety requirements during the contract including compiling method statements and risk assessments
Compilation and presentation of Operating & Maintenance Manuals    What you’ll need to succeed as a Electrical Project Manager:

Experience of managing contract values ranging from £2m and above
BTEC: HNC or ONC in Building Services - Required
CSCS card - Required
SMSTS - Desirable
