Anderselite are currently working with a reputable Architectural consultancy of whom are seeking an Architectural Technician on a Permanent basis. As an Architectural Technician, you will play a crucial role in their architectural projects, contributing your expertise and technical proficiency to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality designs. The ideal candidate will have some background in practice and proficiency with Revit software.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the architectural team to create detailed technical drawings, plans, and specifications for residential projects.
Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations and codes of practice throughout the design process.
Undertake the preparation of construction drawings, detailing elements such as floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
Work closely with engineers, contractors, and project managers, to achieve project objectives.
Utilize Revit software extensively to model and produce accurate and detailed architectural drawings.
Qualifications and Experience:
Relevant Architectural and Design or HND/HNC Qualification
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate technical drawings.
Strong organizational skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work semi-remotely with occasional on-site visits to Bristol.
